  • Provide expertise on the mobile identity ecosystem, handling 2nd line operations such as incident management, change requests, and vendor escalations.
  • Engage in service migrations, upgrades, and updates to ensure minimal downtime and maximum availability.
  • Support in the testing of new services to ensure they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery, ensuring efficient and reliable releases.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage a scalable and secure microservices architecture on Kubernetes.
  • Monitor and enhance system performance, reliability, and security, staying ahead of the curve with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation, encouraging knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Contribute to documentation development, including system architecture and procedures.
  • Handle Incidents and Change requests within the defined SLA, escalating complex Incidents when necessary.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant field.
    • Minimum of four years of experience in dynamic tech environments.
    • Advanced debugging skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in Docker for containerization and managing Microservices architecture.
    • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices.
    • Strong expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters and deploying scalable applications.
    • Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
    • Expertise in Linux system administration and TCP/IP networking.
    • Skills in automating tasks using Python and Shell scripting.
    • Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Redis.
    • Familiarity with Kafka for large-scale message processing.
    • Proficient in utilizing monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
  • Specific skills:
    • Extensive experience in REST API tools for testing and documenting APIs.
    • Proficient in crafting and managing API requests, automating tests, and ensuring seamless integration.
    • Experience with Java Spring Boot Framework and Maven build management.
    • Understanding of OpenID and OAuth2 principles.
    • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to absorb new concepts and share technical knowledge.
    • Experience with services such as Postman and Swagger.
    • A knack for learning from mistakes and continuously improving.
