Responsibilities:

  • Verify technically approved accounting documents for formal and accounting compliance, and record individual business transactions in accounting books using the Symfonia program.
  • Issue domestic EU and export sales invoices, corrective invoices, and credit notes.
  • Prepare domestic and foreign business trips.
  • Compile and prepare data extracts, reports, and summaries.
  • Prepare AKC-4 declarations related to excise tax.
  • Maintain fixed asset records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Symfonia software.
  • Experience in handling companies engaged in foreign sales, including sales outside the European Union.
  • Advanced knowledge of English (B2/C1)
  • Higher education.
