  • Leading the transformation of Financial Crime Risk Management services for 30+ global business units to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Implementing and maintaining effective global end-to-end tools to prevent Financial Crime risks
  • Offering operational advice and guidance on global Financial Crime risk management
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders from various Group Functions to support their risk mitigation efforts in the realm of Financial Crime
  • Managing relationships with assurance functions such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Audit
  • Oversight of the 'Financial Crime Risk Services' area to deliver a comprehensive platform for Financial Crime Risk Management across the group
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in delivering new operating models and technology platforms for financial crime risk management
  • 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, Regulatory Compliance, or IT Delivery/Management
  • Background in economics, business administration, risk and compliance, or law
  • Strong knowledge of IT delivery and management
  • Familiarity with Financial Crime Compliance regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in complex organizational environments
  • Ability to navigate a large financial group, foster cross-business relationships, and possess strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
