  • realizacja projektów z zakresu szkoleń, rozwoju oraz rekrutacji
  • onboarding, offboarding, ocena okresowa, planowanie sukcesji,
  • usprawnianie komunikacji wewnętrznej,
  • nadzorowanie i wspieranie pracy 2-osobowego zespołu
  • realizacja planu budowania dobrego wizerunku Pracodawcy,
  • podejmowanie działań zmierzających do podnoszenia zaangażowania i efektywności pracowników,
  • wdrażanie narzędzi wspomagających zarządzanie zespołami,
  • budowanie systemów motywacyjnych i premiowych
  • budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku pracodawcy
  • analiza wskaźników HR, prezentowanie wniosków oraz rekomendowanie działań naprawczych i rozwojowych.
Nasze wymagania
  • min. 3-letnie doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku,
  • doświadczenie na stanowisku HR Business Partnera, preferowane w środowisku produkcyjnym,
  • doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
  • doświadczenie w lub potencjał do nadzorowania i wspierania innych pracowników
  • znajomość programów w pakiecie MS Office,
  • samodzielność w działaniu, kreatywność, odpowiedzialność, dobra organizacja pracy,
  • umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym i zmiennym otoczeniu, dostosowywanie strategii HR do potrzeb firmy,
  • kreatywność w rozwiązywaniu problemów i innowacyjne podejście do projektów HR.
