Job Description:

  • Recruitment and Selection, Job Fairs & Employer Branding;
  • Ensure the Onboarding and Offboarding of employees and all related administrative tasks;
  • Support budget definition and monitor costs;
  • Manage HR Suppliers, including temporary employment agencies;
  • Support implementation of HR policies set by the Corporate Department;
  • Supporting managers in HR function and contributing to decision-making processes;
  • Implement global HR processes, tools, and policies, and ensure their proper application;
  • Support internal communication and foster a positive employer image internally and externally;
  • Supervise the development interview system and enhance the appraisal system;
  • Analyze and identify training and coaching needs, develop staff development programs;
  • Liaise with HR/payroll department;
  • Prepare reports, analyze HR indicators;
  • Collaborate with all company departments, including international teams;

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field;
  • Experience in remuneration practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment legislation;
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory);
  • Proactive, good communicator, empathetic, and enthusiastic;
  • Extensive knowledge of HR management, labor law, modern HR practices, and trends;
  • Strong business acumen, customer focus, building relationships based on trust and respect;
  • Experience leading high-impact cross-functional projects or programs;
