Tasks and Qualifications:
What will you need to do as Travel & Expense Process Manager at KION?
- You'll be responsible for the group-wide harmonization, standardization, optimization and automation of travel and expense processes as well as corresponding reporting processes
- You'll design, implement, steer and control efficient and effective group-wide processes with an end-to-end perspective
- You'll analyze and verify local process requirements
- You'll support IT implementation and transition of defined activities into the KION Center of Excellence
- You'll be a point of contact for all stakeholders and travel analysts in the KION organization for all matters concerning travel & expense management
What will you need to succeed in the role?
Must-have:
- An University degree in business administration or economics (or equivalent)
- Experience within travel & expense management, finance and/or process management
- Experience with SAP Concur, SAP core modules FI / CO, ideally also on S4 HANA, as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of classic or agile project methodologies, ideally trained in Six Sigma methodologies or similar
- High level of analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
- Fluency in English, verbal and written
- Eagerness to travel occasionally
