Tasks and Qualifications:

What will you need to do as Travel & Expense Process Manager at KION?

  • You'll be responsible for the group-wide harmonization, standardization, optimization and automation of travel and expense processes as well as corresponding reporting processes
  • You'll design, implement, steer and control efficient and effective group-wide processes with an end-to-end perspective
  • You'll analyze and verify local process requirements
  • You'll support IT implementation and transition of defined activities into the KION Center of Excellence
  • You'll be a point of contact for all stakeholders and travel analysts in the KION organization for all matters concerning travel & expense management

What will you need to succeed in the role?

Must-have:

  • An University degree in business administration or economics (or equivalent)
  • Experience within travel & expense management, finance and/or process management
  • Experience with SAP Concur, SAP core modules FI / CO, ideally also on S4 HANA, as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of classic or agile project methodologies, ideally trained in Six Sigma methodologies or similar
  • High level of analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written
  • Eagerness to travel occasionally

Nice to have:

Knowledge of S4 HANAFluent German
