Objective

Support Global Travel, Corporate Card, and Contingent Workforce Manager with day-to-day tasks and serve as the primary contact for travel, corporate card, and contingent workforce related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Support manager and employees with tasks related to travel, corporate card, contingent workforce, and expenses.
  • Assist Concur users.
  • Respond to questions and requests by providing information.
  • Maintain resource documents and keep the travel/contingent workforce page on the intranet up-to-date.
  • Reconcile and process allocations for the Air Travel Card.
  • Review and analyze travel reports against policy and take necessary actions.
  • Generate monthly scheduled reports.
  • Manage the unused ticket report log.
  • Assist with the Contingent Workforce Program rollout and maintenance.
  • Prepare and monitor weekly Contingent workforce invoices and monthly accruals.

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt, re-prioritize, and anticipate needs.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and dependability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Inquisitive nature with problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the travel industry, contingent workforce, or corporate card is a plus.
  • Knowledge of German is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in an administrative or customer service role.
