AP/AR SPECIALIST, POZNAŃ

Role overview

Porterage Team is part of UK Finance Team working closely with various departments within Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company. If you are looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience within cross-functional processes this is the team for you.

What you'll be doing

  • preparing volume reports for our suppliers and customers
  • maintaining price lists and stocking policies
  • raising invoices to our customers
  • processing of beer ullage credit notes;
  • reconciling statements and debit balances;
  • supporting team in daily tasks
  • handling requests from suppliers & customers

What we're looking for a candidate who...

  • has degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
  • has at least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • is communicative in English (both written and spoken – B2/C1);
  • has great organizational skills, commitment and accuracy;
  • presents logic and analytical thinking;
  • has good skills in MS Office, especially Excel;
  • is independent, self-motivated and customer oriented;
