Our European Finance and Accounting Department, situated in Poznan's Business Garden, seeks a proactive individual keen on thriving in a multicultural setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing to ensure accuracy and completeness of bookkeeping
  • Managing entries related to intercompany and GL accounts
  • Executing standard procedures within the team
  • Conducting internal controls and month-end activities
  • Engaging in improvement initiatives and identifying enhancement opportunities
  • Undertaking research, analysis tasks, and ad-hoc business activities
  • Adhering to company policies and documented SOX procedures
  • Assisting in audits and regulatory requests
  • Establishing strong relationships with various teams within the organization
  • Collaborating with strategic partners

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of accounting experience (GL, intercompany, AR, AP)
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Economics
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexible, adaptive mindset towards deadlines and business requirements
  • Understanding of ADM's business sectors
  • Analyze and design business processes
  • Willingness to be present in Poznań office thrice a week
