CEE Consumer Experience Lead Nestle Nutrition

Main objectives of the role:

Leading the Consumer Experience (CX) strategy of Nestle Nutrition in Central and Eastern Europe, by overseeing touchpoints like CRM, websites, social media, Search and eCommerce throughout the entire consumer journey.

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

  • Implement & enhance the category consumer experience strategy aligned with business goals to improve overall brand experience,
  • Utilize consumer feedback and CX data analytics to gain insights and spot opportunities for enhancing consumer experience,
  • Evaluate the impact of consumer experience initiatives on satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy,
  • Promote a consumer-centric culture within the organization by offering training, guidance, and resources to the CX network,
  • Supervise local vendors and agencies involved in the consumer experience enhancement,
  • Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, media, product development, sales, insights & analytics, and consumer services to ensure a unified consumer experience across all touchpoints,
  • Lead the Consumer Experience Champions Team in CEE countries.

Qualifications for success:

  • Dedication to exceptional consumer satisfaction, addressing and solving consumer pain points and challenges with pride,
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Digital marketing (social media, Search, Website, E-commerce...) in FMCG or retail sectors,
  • Extensive experience in spearheading cross-functional projects and motivating internal and external cross-functional teams,
  • Fluency in Polish and English,
  • Background in establishing and managing consumer feedback programs like surveys and focus groups to gather insights and drive enhancements,
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences,
  • Initiative and willingness to challenge the status quo.
