Within this framework, we are seeking professionals specializing in international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. Additionally, we are forming teams tasked with managing international funds and bolstering the internal financial operations of the TMF Group.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to choose between remote work or a hybrid setup from our Katowice office.
Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating internal and external training;
- Facilitating onboarding and outboarding processes;
- Assisting employees with all HR-related matters;
- Organizing and managing employee's physical files;
- Monitoring and following up on employee's sickness records;
- Regularly updating HRIS;
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders;
- Drafting employee contracts;
- Arranging ASTF medical appointments for our employees.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources will be advantageous;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited for a team environment;
- Proficiency in English and either French or German B1+ in both written and verbal communication;
- Knowledge of other EU languages would be a plus;
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with people;
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and personal career growth;
- Ability to thrive both in a team setting and autonomously;
- Keen attention to detail and effective prioritization skills.
