  • Prowadzenie procesu przygotowania inwestycji
  • Wykonywanie zarówno wstępnych technicznych i środowiskowych analiz nieruchomości oraz kompletnych raportów due diligence technicznych i nadzór na przygotowaniem raportów środowiskowych dotyczących nieruchomości
  • Budowanie długofalowych relacji z urzędami i instytucjami zewnętrznymi
  • Pozyskiwanie informacji oraz dokumentacji dotyczących nieruchomości i terenów sąsiadujących z nieruchomością
  • Analizowanie planów miejscowych oraz warunków zabudowy jak również przeprowadzanie procesu ich uzyskania bądź zmiany
  • Uzyskiwanie szeregu decyzji administracyjnych niezbędnych w procesie pozyskiwania pozwolenia na budowę i zgód realizacyjnych
  • Przygotowywanie wstępnych harmonogramów i pozyskiwanie informacji do budżetów

  • Posiadają doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w obszarze przygotowania inwestycji (budownictwo przemysłowe będzie dodatkowym atutem)
  • Posiadają wykształcenie wyższe w zakresie architektury, planowania przestrzennego, budownictwa lub pokrewne
  • Mają doświadczenie w pozyskiwaniu decyzji administracyjnych
  • Znają branżowe ogólnodostępne portale informacyjne (zwłaszcza z zakresu informacji o działkach i postępowaniach administracyjnych)
  • Znajomość programu typu Autocad będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • Są gotowe do sporadycznej pracy w terenie i delegacji służbowych poza miejsce zamieszkania
  • Posiadają umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym środowisku i wykonywania wielu zadań jednocześnie
  • Dużą swobodę działania, możliwość samodzielnej realizacji ciekawych projektów i perspektywę rozwoju w ramach obszaru finansowego.
