SUMMARY

Partner Engineering and Science, z.o.o. is seeking a full-time technical Business Service Coordinator to assist with our Environmental and Technical Directors on all project related duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats Assist in the development of documents for proposals and reports Compose and/or draft correspondences and reports Responsible for outgoing and incoming mail and faxes Track projects, proposals and any other related items Order office supplies Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision Ability to work within a team environment Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working in an engineering, construction or environmental field is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift
