Junior Customer Care Specialist is the person responsible for customer care via the various channels of (telephone, email, and messenger). This position requires communication skills, empathy, solution-finding skills, and good planning and task management. It is essential to have fluency in Czech/Slovak.

WHAT YOU'LL DO


• respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and assistance at the purchasing stage
• resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
• contact with courier companies to clarify shipments
• cooperation with other departments in Westwing

YOU COME WITH


• fluent Czech or Slovak language
• an empathetic attitude
• feeling satisfaction when you manage to help someone
• ability to listen
• well-organized nature
• communicative English on a min. B2
• communicative Polish language

• the flexibility to work remotely (hybrid work model) after trial period/probation period. During trial period willingness to work from the office in Warsaw.
