Customer Success Manager – German Speaking

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving customer loyalty, adoption, and implementation of Trellix Solutions, leading to successful renewals. The CSM must consult with customers at all levels, articulating the value of Trellix solutions and services to inspire adoption, education, and support. Additionally, the role focuses on retention and loyalty for renewal.

This position offers the opportunity to utilize customer passion, communication skills, persistence, and business acumen to contribute directly to the company's growth. The role's cross-functional nature allows for a comprehensive understanding of all business aspects.

  • You will serve as the lead customer contact for strategic accounts, ensuring customer renewals
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors to grasp the customer's business strategy, technical environment, and success metrics through Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Advocate for customers, emphasizing transformation, engagement, and experience
  • Develop tailored success plans to oversee onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction across the product portfolio, promoting best practices and product utilization
  • Collaborate with Sales to transition accounts from Pre-Sales to Customer Success and pinpoint expansion opportunities
  • Gain a deep understanding of common business and cybersecurity challenges faced by customers, showcasing the technology's capabilities and driving feature adoption for maximum value and ROI
  • Manage escalations of deployment or productivity issues, coordinating with Sales, R&D, and CS Engineering
  • Identify risks to customers achieving desired outcomes and business goals, collaborating with account teams and cross-functional units for risk mitigation
