You'll be a part of a team of developers, industry experts, entrepreneurs and just overall great people.

Together, we will be working with prospects, customers, partners and investors to change how companies buy and sell software.

And learn a ton & have fun in the process.

What will you do?
  • We are seeking a superstar Customer Success Manager who loves to empower our enterprise clients and help them achieve success with Demoboost.
  • In this role, you will work on new strategies and ideas directly with the Co-Founders, as well as with strategic minds of other functions such as sales and product.
  • Come up with strategies to onboard customers (from mid-size to enterprise) and make sure they become power-users.
  • Implement processes to maximize customer retention and engagement.
  • Provide hands-on onboarding for strategic customers.
  • Prepare materials for the support page.
  • Be the voice of the customer in product and other company meetings.
  • Turn customers into Demoboost advocates.
  • Help shape this growing team as one of its first members.
  • Use latest sales technologies, including Salesforce, Crunchbase, , Linkedin Sales Navigator and others.
What will you need?
  • At least 1 (one) year of experience in a similar CS role.
  • Absolutely FLUENT English - you'll be working ONLY with English-speaking prospects and customers.
  • High level of empathy, to go above and beyond to help customers, solve their issues, and empower them to use Demoboost to the fullest potential.
  • At least basic understanding of B2B software industry (SaaS, CRM, ABM? These should be in your dictionary already.)
  • A "Can Do" / "Winner" attitude. You are proactive with your work. You take ownership and get things done.
  • High attention to detail. You are well-organized and can work on multiple projects at once.
  • Passion for startups & technology. You'll work with a lot of them & help grow a rocketship
