Customer Success Coordinator at EcoVadis in Warsaw

EcoVadis is seeking a spirited Customer Success Coordinator to join their Northern Europe team in Warsaw. As part of the team, you'll bring enthusiasm and dedication to manage the success of EcoVadis' customers, align with the mission of driving sustainable impact, and empowering customers to achieve their goals.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Empowering customers in program implementation and assisting with effective communication to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Answering operational questions from clients via email or call.
  • Assisting customers to monitor their performance, reach strategic goals, and enhance stakeholder adoption.
  • Advocating for customers within EcoVadis and contributing to the adaptation of tools and processes to meet customer needs.
  • Creating models to address business questions and fostering teamwork and best practices sharing within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of successful customer support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on sustainability, supply chain, or business is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel, G-Suite applications, and presentation software.
