The Role:
As a Senior CRM & Marketing Automation Manager at Oviva, you will work collaboratively with the CRM, growth marketing, product, and engineering teams. You will play a key role in enhancing automated journeys to attract and convert leads, using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and enhance automated patient journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and sustain automation processes integrating multiple data sources for campaigns.
- Link marketing campaign data with customer records.
- Generate reports and dashboards to analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Cooperate with the product & engineering team to enhance CRM setup and data quality.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in CRM, marketing automation, and/or marketing analytics.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with a quick grasp of complex issues.
- Empathy towards understanding customer needs.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency in relational databases and SQL querying.
- Practical experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
