The Role:

As a Senior CRM & Marketing Automation Manager at Oviva, you will work collaboratively with the CRM, growth marketing, product, and engineering teams. You will play a key role in enhancing automated journeys to attract and convert leads, using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and enhance automated patient journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop and sustain automation processes integrating multiple data sources for campaigns.
  • Link marketing campaign data with customer records.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Cooperate with the product & engineering team to enhance CRM setup and data quality.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in CRM, marketing automation, and/or marketing analytics.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with a quick grasp of complex issues.
  • Empathy towards understanding customer needs.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficiency in relational databases and SQL querying.
  • Practical experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
