As our CRM Marketing Automation and Retention Specialist, you will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to engage our customers throughout their journey with us. Your focus will be on leveraging CRM tools, automating marketing processes, and enhancing customer retention. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer with a passion for personalization and customer-centric communication.


Main responsibilities:

Marketing Automation: Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers across various touchpoints. Customer Retention: Design and execute retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value. Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement. Segmentation and Personalization: Create and manage customer segments to deliver personalized marketing messages and offers. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of CRM and marketing automation initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM, growth, brand, customer service, and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all interactions.

You will be fairly remunerated – 9000 PLN (CoE) (depending on your skills and experience)
2+ years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, and customer retention strategies.
Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Fluent in English and Polish Available to work from our Warsaw office once a week
Nice to have:
Familiarity with the furniture or e-commerce industry is a plus.
