Tasks and responsibilities:
Resolve incidents, problems and requests Analyze the problem and co-ordinate with other teams to fix the issue Own the issue and drive to closure Key exposure to Application and Production support Good Exposure to Upstream and Downstream applications Strive for continuous process improvement in close cooperation with the Feature teams in Paris and Bangalore Create and maintain required documentation/manuals to work towards standardizing processes Keep process & documentation up to dateProfile required
Studies & experience:
Bachelor or master's degree in Economics/Banking/Finance with a preference for Corporate Banking specialization At least 3 years of experience in a position related to IT Application SupportLanguage skills:
Proficiency in English French would be a plusTechnical, operational & Soft skills:
Understanding of Support methodologies Proficient knowledge of ITIL Availability Management, Service Continuity Management,Problem management and Change management High analytical skills High interpersonal and communication skills A flexible attitude and adaptable approach Able to work autonomously and use initiative where appropriate Organised and able to prioritise work appropriatelyWhy join us
