Mission:
Société Générale Warsaw Branch is currently looking for an IT Manager for Loan in connection with the Structured Finance activities expansion.
Your goal will be to manage a multiskilled team of ~12 people composed mainly of Business Analysts, Developers, Support Analysts and DevOps Engineers in an agile, international, and dynamic environment with both production & project stakes.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Manage local team members as hierarchical proximity manager Ensure adequate team staffing (recruitment) & foster motivation Take an active part in organizing the team & new set-up in Poland Ensure team performance & alignment with global IT processes Contribute to chapter activities & foster continuous improvement Be a member of the IT Tribe Board Worldwide, participating to transversal management activities and in close cooperation with managers located in France & IndiaProfile required
Studies & experience:
Experience in managing IT teams & activities IT backgroundLanguage skills:
Fluency in English French is a plusTechnical, operational & Soft skills:
