Technical Leader LOAN IQ – M/F/D

Responsibilities

Mission:

You will be part of a new Feature Team in Warsaw, collaborating with colleagues from France and India. Together with 11 team members and your manager, your focus will be on maintaining and enhancing Loan IQ - a key application for the Structured Finance teams. As the Technical Leader, you will drive development efforts, support developers as a mentor and technical expert, and promote Agile practices and Software Craftsmanship.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Understanding business requirements and proposing technical solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with architects' recommendations and production standards
  • Owning architectural decisions from a technical standpoint
  • Developing high-quality code following best practices
  • Conducting thorough testing throughout the development process
  • Mentoring and guiding software engineers
  • Being a technical reference for the team's modules
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Designing KPIs aligned with business goals
  • Providing L2 production support
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • University degree, preferably in IT
  • 7-8 years of experience in software engineering

Language skills:

  • Fluency in English
  • French and Polish knowledge is a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Strong Java, Angular, Rest API, SQL skills
  • Experience in banking/finance or structured finance is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology & Software Craftsmanship
