The Exchange Infrastructure Specialist will be joining a high-performance team that is driven, innovative and packed with self-motivated individuals. As part of the team, you are responsible for the systems and support day-to-day operations within the fields of mail infrastructure as a member of the Communication team. The team provides the mail services on OnPrem and MS Office 365 environment for the worldwide Knauf Group

What you'll do
  • Manage mail infrastructure based on MS Exchange o365/ Exchange Server on- prem
  • Implement new mail features and integration with external application
  • Test and document new functions and services within the mail system
  • Provide troubleshooting and 3rd level support for mail-related tickets
  • Create and implement changes in systems through Change Requests (CR)
  • Proactively automate the working environment to enhance efficiency
  • Monitor mail services and ensure smooth operation
  • Administer anti-spam / anti-virus systems
  • Provide support for projects related to mail infrastructure
  • Manage DNS and SPF configurations
Who you are
  • IT professional with expertise in managing IT infrastructure
  • Proficient in administering mail infrastructure, including MS Exchange Server OnPrem and O365
  • Skilled in DNS management and network operations
  • Experienced in Azure environments
  • Providing 3rd level support in operational tasks
  • Knowledgeable in IT services such as synchronization between OnPrem and MS Azure, and management of distribution lists
  • Proactive in identifying and implementing new solutions and services
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on exceptional service delivery and problem solving
  • Versatile in general infrastructure tasks and proficient in scripting with PowerShell
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional development
  • Optional: Microsoft Azure Certifications and ITIL Foundation certification/Familiarity with O365 Teams, Viva Engage, and other collaboration platforms
