Responsibilities:
  • Proactively monitor exposures; analyze/investigate as needed to ensure proper reporting and resolve exceptions promptly, including collaborating with Sales, Trading, and Credit Risk.
  • Cooperate with other departments and management levels to address credit risk reporting issues, investigate data problems, and fix reporting errors.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on credit risk reporting.
  • Manage projects efficiently, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Identify departmental policy/procedure gaps, suggest solutions, and implement them.
  • Resolve internal and external audit issues and interpret Regulators' information requests.
  • Develop an understanding of risk exposures from financial and capital markets transactions, including derivatives and FX trading, and their impact on credit extensions.
  • Gain a deep technical and policy understanding of business credit processing.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in the banking sector, preferably in corporate credit risk management.
  • A keen interest in finance, strong analytical, research, and organizational abilities.
  • Show integrity, sound decision-making, and know when to seek assistance.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication consistently.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding.
