Senior Real Estate and Procurement Manager

In Poland - Warsaw

How you will make a difference:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for real estate services.
  • Lead real estate projects from inception to completion in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize real estate procurement activities.
  • Manage relationships with real estate service providers and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review lease agreements and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and oversee budgets related to real estate expenditures.
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations impacting real estate procurement.
  • Identify and address potential risks associated with real estate transactions.

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing within real estate services.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong skills in project management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
