Head of Controlling in Family Office

`Praca zdalna

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za zapewnienie kompleksowego nadzoru nad finansami i operacjami audytowymi. Kluczowe zadania obejmują zarządzanie ryzykiem, kontrolę finansową, zgodność z przepisami oraz optymalizację strategii finansowych.

Główne Obowiązki:
  • Nadzorowanie procesów kontroli finansowej, w tym audytów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych, planowania budżetowego i prognozowania.
  • Opracowywanie i wdrażanie polityk i procedur zapewniających zgodność z lokalnymi i międzynarodowymi przepisami prawnymi oraz standardami rachunkowości.
  • Zarządzanie ryzykiem poprzez identyfikację, analizę i implementację odpowiednich strategii zarządzania ryzykiem.
  • Współpraca z doradcami zewnętrznymi, audytorami oraz innymi profesjonalistami w celu zapewnienia kompleksowej ochrony prawnej i finansowej majątku.
  • Raportowanie finansowe i operacyjne do zarządu Family Office, w tym regularne przekazywanie informacji na temat wyników finansowych, ryzyka i możliwości inwestycyjnych.
Wymagania:
  • Wymogiem podstawowym jest aktualna praca w audycie oraz posiadanie tytułu Biegłego Rewidenta
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (Finanse, Rachunkowość)
  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na samodzielnym stanowisku w obszarze finansów, w tym: sprawozdawczość, księgowość oraz analiza ekonomiczno-finansowa
  • Co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia w dziale audytu,
  • Co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia w przygotowywaniu skonsolidowanych sprawozdań finansowych audytowanych
  • Tytuł Biegłego Rewidenta
  • Doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu sprawozdań opartych o Dutch GAAP
  • Znajomość Ustawy o Rachunkowości oraz MSR/MSSF
  • Wiedza z zakresu rachunkowości zarządczej, analiz finansowych oraz procesów operacyjnych
  • Doświadczenie w cyklicznym (miesięcznym, kwartalnym, rocznym) uzgadnianiu sprawozdań zarządczych do księgowych
  • Doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu konsolidacji sprawozdań finansowych
  • Wysokie umiejętności analityczne
  • Samodzielność oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Biegła znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office, w szczególności narzędzia Excel
  • Znajomości systemów klasy ERP oraz narzędzi analitycznych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. C1)
