Due to our dynamic development, we are looking for a motivated Deputy Head of Procurement to support our growth. This is role is based in Warsaw, Mokotów. The work system is hybrid (2 or more days in the office in a week).

Key Responsibilities:

Keeping control on the stock level based on company forecast

Managing stock turnover and forecast among Central Europe, UK, Iberia, MENA, and South Africa

Cooperate with Supply Chain Team to support the negotiations and suppliers optimization

Negotiating agreements, pricing, and deliveries with key suppliers

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers in Central Europe, UK, Iberia, MENA, and South Africa

Proactively balancing and managing goods deliveries to optimize stock levels in different locations

Supporting evolution of ERP system to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness for procurement operation

Working closely with Commercial Department to support sales and deals execution

Desired Qualifications:

Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level

Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a comparable managing procurement position, willingness to learn-we are extremely open for talented individuals, ready to make a huge step in their career paths

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams through periods of change, with a focus on people development and empowerment

Track record of effectively managing procurement

Proficiency in utilizing ERP software and Excel to analyze data and generate insights

Exceptional time management abilities, adept at managing competing priorities and deadlines

Hands-on experience in forecasting processes and warehouse turnover

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Capacity to autonomously make sound, business-driven decisions, fostering growth and innovation within the organization
