Requirements

  • Fluent Ukrainian it's a must, basic Polish speaking (to communicate with external providers) will be a great privilege;
  • 1+ experience in team management (Sysadmins or Helpdesk teams either);
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10-11, MacOS and Linux OS at the admin level;
  • Experience with MDM systems (Jamf, ManageEngine), drafting group policies;
  • Experience with Network equipment MikroTik, Ubiquity (routers, switches, access points, etc.);
  • Experience with corporate VPN management, 3rd party VPN services;
  • Experience with Google Workspace mail services, understanding LDAP Protocol and SSO;
  • Experience with Slack space management, Jira, and filling Confluence spaces;
  • Familiarity with Ajax alarm systems;
  • Familiarity with Hikvision video surveillance systems;
  • High level of responsibility, solid soft & team collaboration skills, and interest in professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Management of IT teams: Network Administrators, System Administrators, HelpDesk;
  • Structuring and staffing of teams with specialists, their training, development according to business needs and reservations, development of policies and instructions for team members, strategy planning, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Design and implementation of the office IT infrastructure:
  • -wired LANs 100+ clients;
  • seamless wireless WiFi networks with segmentation;
  • redundancy of communication channels;
  • equip meeting rooms with meet-up systems (TVs, projectors, speakers, microphones, etc.), print points;
  • providing objects with security systems (video surveillance, alarm systems, access control systems);
  • providing the office and employees with the necessary equipment, systems and services;
  • inventory management;
  • relationships with providers, suppliers, and contractors;
  • maintenance of technical documentation;
  • preparation of technical specifications;
  • development and implementation of global IT policies of the company;
  • licensing of services and software;
  • monitor and implement new technologies.
  • Timely ordering of equipment and other assets for the work of ecosystem workers.
  • Implementation and development of SSO/MDM.
  • Close cooperation and communication with other teams, and external providers.
Our stack
