About the Role

We are seeking an HR Assistant to offer comprehensive support to our Human Resources team and the entire Mira workforce. We need someone who is process-oriented, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Your primary role will involve efficiently managing processes, aiding the team in locating essential information, and keeping them informed to ensure seamless HR operations. Consistency and accountability in your tasks are vital.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes - create checklists, organize documents for signature, and gather required paperwork
  • Communicate updates - keep the team informed about company events and changes, assist team members in finding information, and address inquiries
  • Policy and Procedure Management - ensure up-to-date company policies and procedures
  • Platform Access Management - oversee access to various platforms and conduct monthly platform audits
  • HRM Platform Maintenance - update HRM platform data, including leaves, salary adjustments, and employee personal information updates
  • Team Building - facilitate team-building sessions
  • Meeting Preparation - support in preparing team meetings, scheduling calls, sending notifications, and preparing presentations
  • Process Improvement - assess and enhance existing processes and policies
  • Explore different HR areas through research

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a similar human resources/administrative role
  • Prior experience in startups or fast-growing teams is preferred
  • Familiarity with HRMS and payment platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative team setting
  • Demonstrated skill in managing multiple processes and staying organized

Details

This is a remote role, initially part-time (4 hours/day), progressing to full-time (8 hours/day) within 1-1.5 months. It provides flexible working hours with some overlap with the US team.
