As a Territory Manager at AWS, you'll have the awesome chance to help steer the growth and shape the future of a cutting-edge technology.

The perfect fit will have a blend of sales and technical expertise to engage at the CXO level and with software developers and IT architects.

You should also be a self-starter ready to craft and execute a territory coverage plan and consistently meet quarterly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with demand generation, partner, marketing, business development, and technical teams to oversee and expand the Territory
  • Handling multiple existing and new accounts strategically
  • Achieving or surpassing revenue goals
  • Developing and executing a strategic plan for AWS adoption and new business opportunities
  • Formulating and communicating compelling value propositions regarding AWS
  • Examining metrics data to refine your business plan
  • Managing the entire lifecycle of key opportunities from adoption to closure
  • Boosting customer adoption by nurturing relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers

About the team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drive revenue, adoption, and growth from SMBs to enterprise-level clients, including those in the public sector. The AWS Global Support team collaborates with leading companies, recognizing that top-notch support is vital to customer success. AWS Support also partners with customers worldwide developing mission-critical applications on AWS services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Multiple years of experience in technology sales, business development, or complex IT solutions
  • Thorough understanding of Cloud Technology
  • Ability to collaborate across functions
  • Aptitude for independent action in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Fluency in one of CEE languages (PL, RU, CZ/SK preferred) and English with strong written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deep knowledge of the SMB or ENT market in CEE
  • Degree in engineering or computer science
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
