Dla naszego klienta, globalnej sieci komunikacji marketingowej obsługującej ponad 200 klientów w Polsce, odpowiadającej na potrzeby ery cyfrowej, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Junior SEM Specialist, która dołączy do naszego zespołu specjalistów SEM.

Prowadzisz kampanie SEM, wiesz jak je optymalizować aby poprawić KPI, a do tego umiesz doradzić klientowi właściwe rozwiązania? A może stawiasz dopiero pierwsze kroki w tym kanale i chciałbyś dalej się rozwijać? Znaczy, że szukamy Ciebie – zapraszamy do aplikowania

Do Twoich obowiązków będzie należeć m.in.

  • Samodzielne prowadzenie kampanii SEM dla wskazanego klienta;
  • Uczestniczenie w prowadzeniu i zarządzaniu kanału SEM w ramach kampanii dla klientów z różnych branż, w tym dla międzynarodowych brand'ów;
  • Budowanie struktur i reklam w Google Ads;
  • Wsparcie w strategicznym planowaniu kampanii i szacowaniu efektów z działań SEM;
  • Testowanie nowych rozwiązań Google Ads, wykorzystywanie wersji beta produktów Google;
  • Optymalizacja kampanii wg wyznaczonych KPI;
  • Raportowanie wyników kampanii;
  • Analiza danych, wyciąganie wniosków i przedstawianie rekomendacji;
  • Kontakty z klientami, budowanie relacji oraz doradzanie klientom w wyborze rozwiązań;
  • Przygotowywanie prezentacji podsumowujących przeprowadzone działania.

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • Zainteresowanie rozwojem w obszarze SEM i online marketingu;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – znajomość formuł, znajomość tabel przestawnych, umiejętność estetycznego prezentowania danych;
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego – min. poziom B2;
  • Min. pół roku doświadczenia w obszarze online marketingu;
  • Znajomość i umiejętność wykorzystywania panelu Ads (Google Ads) i Edytora Ads;
  • Doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu kampanii Ads;
  • Analityczne myślenie, umiejętność wyciągania wniosków i tworzenia rekomendacji;
  • Myślenie strategiczne - umiejętność strategicznego podejścia do kampanii online;
  • Skrupulatność i dokładność;
  • Samodzielność i odpowiedzialność za powierzoną pracę;
  • Zaangażowanie i nastawienie na realizację celów;
  • Dbałość o wysoką jakość dostarczanej pracy (swojej i współpracowników);
  • Umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym i szybko zmieniającym się środowisku;
  • Dobra organizacja pracy;
  • Znajomość Google Analytics będzie dodatkowym atutem;
  • Znajomość Search Ads 360 będzie dodatkowym atutem.
