Your future role

Take on a fresh challenge and apply your expertise in supply chain and lean management in a cutting-edge sector. You'll collaborate with dedicated and innovative team members to ensure top-notch supplier delivery performance, playing a significant role in enhancing our supply chain maturity. Day-to-day, you'll closely work with various business teams (Procurement, Quality Assurance, Material Planning) by conducting thorough supply chain audits, steering continuous improvement initiatives, and more.

We'll count on you for:

  • Conducting Capacity Assessment quarterly to align suppliers with Alstom's global demand,
  • Implementing improvement strategies based on audits and assessments,
  • Contributing to risk assessment & Management of Supplier Delivery before any Business Award,
  • Serving as the primary contact for all Supply Chain Inputs for Business Awards,
  • Assisting 'Crisis Suppliers' in enhancing Capacity and Capabilities,
  • Training and mentoring new SDPMs at sites for FSCA Auditor and CA Auditor qualifications,
  • Offering insights for enhancing assessment procedures and tools, and testing new tools and change requests,
  • Upholding Alstom's EHS policy and achieving targets,
  • Complying with Alstom Ethics & Compliance standards

  • Degree in Technical and/or Supply Chain Engineering. Master's degree level or equivalent,
  • Experience or comprehension of Lean Management projects in an industrial setting,
  • Familiarity with audit processes and compliance norms,
  • Knowledge of international and diverse work environments,
  • Certification in Supply Chain or Lean Management,
  • Leadership and communication skills to influence and drive change,
  • Expertise in Industrial scheduling and Materials Requirements Planning,
  • Proven history in Supplier Delivery Performance Management,
  • Self-sufficient & meticulous work ethic with a continuous improvement outlook,
  • Adaptable & accountable approach to intricate problem-solving,
  • Proficiency in English minimum level B2+
