Your responsibilities, Customer support, providing assistance and resolving customer inquiries and incidents,, Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure effective communication and address their needs., Collaborating with manufacturers to address product-related issues and gather necessary information for troubleshooting., Creating SQL reports and programming functions to generate relevant data and insights., Assisting in the preparation of documentation and solutions for customer inquiries and technical issues., Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
, Cooperation within team of specialists to enhance support level and customer satisfactionStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues., A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers., Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members., Proficient in issue analysis to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions., Proficient in SQL knowledge/ query creation., Knowledge of Windows/ Linux server and user environments., Knowledge of most common programming languages., English on minimum B2 level.
Optional, Familiarity with PowerShell, enabling you to automate tasks and enhance system efficiency., Familiarity with Azure and cloud based environments.
