We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Bulgarian to join our team at our Warsaw location.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with placing sports bets,
- Verifying the age of bettors,
- Work time distribution: 70% back-office, 15% phone, 15% other activities.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Bulgarian at a minimum level of C1,
- Proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2,
- Availability for at least 150 hours per month,
- Ability to work 24/7 shifts with line hours from 9:00 to 1:00 (operations all year round).
