The Opportunity

Worldline's Transaction Processing Environment and its surrounding systems are based on multiple software products running on a wider IT infrastructure environment. The role of the Customer Support Specialist is to set up, maintain, and upgrade payment solutions for our customers. They will handle all customer requests and configure them within agreed timescales. Additionally, the Customer Support Specialist contributes to improving service quality by suggesting enhancements to documentation or tools used.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • You deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • You address customer requests from ticketing tools such as Jira and SalesForce, analyzing and completing them within agreed timescales
  • You collaborate with specialized groups (R&D, L2 support, etc.) to resolve trouble tickets through proper configuration
  • You grasp the customer's technical environment and their payment solution configuration
  • You troubleshoot and resolve technical issues pertaining to our payment solution
  • You engage in customer activities and standard projects for new customers
  • You perform tests as required and verify that the function meets the requirements

  • Demonstrating attention to detail and focusing on customer needs
  • Possessing initial experience in a support team
  • Proficiency in Linux and SQL (mandatory)
  • Advanced expertise in Python and Shell scripting (mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of electronic banking or finance (desirable)
  • Effective English communication skills
  • French language proficiency would be advantageous
