airSlate, a leader in the multi-billion dollar document workflow market is looking for a IT Support Engineer to join our team in our Wroclaw office. You will be a key part of the IT team with the span to make a big difference on a small team while supporting airSlate's growth and success.
More than 100 million users trust airSlate' suite of products to automate routine document tasks with full control over their processes and their data. As a member of airSlate's Global team, you'll be part of the next chapter of growth as our brand expands and we bring new products to market.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a HelpDesk or similar environmentStrong technical skills with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshootingGood communication skills in English, both written and verbalCommunication skills in Ukrainian/Russian languageExperience with Windows and Mac OS X operating systemsFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack and other common business software applicationsBasic networking knowledgeExperience working with HelpDesk ticketing systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailA customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing excellent serviceNice to have:
Experience with Atlassian products administrationExperience using MDM solutionsResponsibilities:
Install and configure computer hardware, software, network equipment and applicationsPrepare new Macbooks and Windows laptops for usersRespond to technical support requests from other staff members and communicate how to resolve issuesDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems, software faults and other users IT issuesSupport the roll-out of new applications and systemsKeep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instancesWork closely with Kyiv IT Team on the current activitiesWhat we offer:
