Młodszy Specjalista Centrum Obsługi Akceptanta

Become part of our team where you will:

  • Provide friendly customer service (incoming calls) and build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Have phone and email contact with card acceptors, i.e., our customers
  • Handle inquiries about our products
  • Implement changes in our systems

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum one year of experience in phone customer service
  • Current student or graduate of higher education
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure, excellent organizational skills
  • Active and polite customer approach, as well as enthusiastic work attitude
  • English language proficiency at B1 level
