Purpose of Position

Our Self-Service solution is created for brands of all sizes worldwide to utilize our comprehensive interface and tools to independently manage a thriving affiliate program for their company.

As Customer Support Assistant, your role is to ensure prompt and thorough ticket responses, deeply grasp clients' needs and challenges within the Global Self-Service Live Support Team. Working closely with other Self-Service sub-teams and collaborating with support teams from various departments to enhance available content and tools. The goal is to promote self-diagnosis and resolution of issues to decrease support tickets.

Key Tasks

Handling various client requests in real-time, including those related to program development or management, and directing requests to the appropriate support teams (finance, technical).Managing client accounts under the supervision of the credit control team and aiding in resolving financial issues.Supporting in upselling, retaining, and closing programs.Overseeing projects to update client-facing content and internal tools to enhance support and client satisfaction, assisting with translations.Staying updated on feature upgrades and internal processes related to managing client requests.

Skills & Expertise

Proficiency in English AND German (written and spoken), additional language skills are a plusExceptional customer service abilitiesCapability to identify opportunities and risks at a broader levelDedicated to expanding the service division rapidly, providing friendly and efficient supportTaking ownership and embracing accountability willinglyStrong time management and organizational skills to manage workflow effectively and meet deadlinesConfident and effective communicator with keen attention to detailQuick learner with a desire to enhance knowledge and understandingNumerate with a good understanding of MS Office toolsEnthusiastic, dedicated, and possessing a high level of tenacity
