The Privacy Procurement Manager is essential in developing global privacy procedures and contributing to the privacy-by-design approach in a rapidly expanding tech company.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, draft, manage, and negotiate a variety of contracts, policies, and procedures related to privacy and data protection.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Compliance Team on all practical aspects of data protection.
  • Conduct thorough compliance checks on vendors and suppliers.
  • Perform Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) to ensure robust data protection.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance for international data transfers.

Our requirements:

  • Educational Background - a law degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-border data protection projects.
  • Strong understanding of European privacy and data protection laws.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • High level of independence, enthusiasm, and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional drafting skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a tech or start-up environment.
  • Knowledge of the US data protection framework.
