Sales Manager of Medical Representatives

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing medical marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing and sales team,
  • Organizing tasks and supervising a team of Medical Representatives, setting and measuring KPIs,
  • Supporting the team to reach objectives and coaching representatives for enhanced performance,
  • Engaging in management activities and nurturing relationships with key industry stakeholders (participation in conferences),
  • Managing educational and promotional communications targeted at healthcare professionals,
  • Establishing and sustaining long-term partnerships with business associates, addressing their needs,
  • Ongoing monitoring of promotional and operational budget execution,
  • Monitoring market trends, analyzing competitors, and adjusting strategies according to market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at B2/C1 level (essential for international communication),
  • Previous managerial experience in the medical sector - a mandatory requirement,
  • Higher education qualification,
  • Capability to independently organize work and willingness for occasional travel within Poland to support representatives,
  • Ability to manage seasoned representatives with trust-based work but also ensuring result orientation,
  • Advanced analytical skills - proficient in creating reports for senior management (proficiency in Excel is crucial),
  • Experience in collaborating with the medical community,
  • Established credibility and authority building skills.
