Job Scope

TE Connectivity's Environmental Health & Safety Teams are responsible for ensuring and overseeing workplace safety standards. This involves implementing health, safety, and hazardous material protocols in line with TE, environmental, and government guidelines. In this role, the EH & S Coordinator will focus on Occupational Health and Safety Services for FSC office space and two laboratories (molding lab and clean lab).

Your Role
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
  • Inform employers about identified hazards and suggest solutions
  • Provide regular reports on the status of occupational safety and health, including improvement suggestions
  • Participate in planning workplace modernization to enhance safety measures
  • Collaborate on evaluating workplace modernization plans and ensuring occupational health and safety standards are met
  • Supervise EHS activities to comply with regulations
  • Work closely with EH&S colleagues locally and globally
  • Perform other duties related to EHS requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety Service training
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in Occupational Health and Safety Service
