Job Description

This is a people lead role.

For our Central Shop Operations team, we are looking for a candidate to manage a team of Shop Specialists in our Polish market. As a Shop Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of shop operations processes such as activating new products, optimizing product description text, assigning products to the right product groups, briefing and uploading banners, creating landing pages and content pages, translations to local language.

Your responsibilities will include leading and coaching the team as well as supporting the team with handling shop operations during absences or periods of high workload.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & coach the team of Shop Operations Specialists;
  • Oversee all activities within the team including allocation of tasks;
  • Monitor team performance & create action plans in case of need;
  • Collect feedback from team members, design solutions and maintain delivery to Shop Operations Manager;
  • Drive processes optimization;
  • Share best practices;
  • Perform quality checks;
  • Engage actively with stakeholders: e.g. Campaign Managers, Direct Marketing Managers, Customer Care etc.;
Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of Polish and English. German as a plus
  • Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in a related field (e-commerce),
  • First leadership experience will be highly appreciated
  • General marketing or commercial knowledge
  • Very good communication skills and leadership skills
  • Problem-Solving abilities and organizational Skills
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new technologies and processes
  • Ability to work in international teams
  • Attention to Detail
  • Customer focus
