Position Summary

Join our team as a key member responsible for the operational duties of ICG's Mezzanine, Senior Debt transactions, Equity book, and Real Assets investments. We need someone to ensure that all private deal investment activities are accurately reflected in our investment book of records. This role will be crucial in capturing commercial terms for all deals in ICG's investment book of records, including the WSO and V3 systems. Over the next 18 months, we plan to consolidate systems, and this role will play a vital part in transitioning to any new system.

Working closely with a team member, you will collaborate with various functions across the firm, ICG investment teams, external service providers, and administrators.

Primary Responsibilities
As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and inputting accurate deal information on ICG systems Capturing deals in ICG's books and records Liaising with internal and external parties regarding deals Executing lifecycle events Coordinating with Third Party Administrators and Loan Agents Conducting monthly reconciliations with internal teams

Additionally, you will:

Review and enhance operating models Support new product launches and operating model designs Represent Investment Operations at meetings Collaborate with IT for new software systems Design and implement new processes

Key Requirements/ Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Essential

Strong operations experience in Financial Services/Investment Management Knowledge of loan documentation and equity instruments Proven ability to build and lead teams Experience in process redesign and documentation Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently

Desirable

Strong problem-solving skills Exposure to loan management systems Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint Experience in change management Familiarity with reporting metrics Team player with the ability to work autonomously
