Job Description

  • Responsible for conducting AML/KYC verification
  • Conducting screening of companies and individuals on sanctions and PEP lists
  • Monitoring financial transactions
  • Verifying payments and initiating transfers for Allegro Finance financial services
  • Handling enforcement activities
  • Ensuring the highest quality of Partner service by interacting with Partner Service Department and other Departments at Allegro
  • Leading own projects within Allegro Finance activities collaborating with various Departments at Allegro
  • Participating in developing internal procedures and instructions
  • Preparing and conducting training for the AML Team
  • Participating in developing and implementing new tools

We are looking for individuals who

  • Demonstrate analytical skills, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in AML/CFT area (especially in European markets)
  • Can work effectively in a team
  • Are proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
  • Have good command of English (min. B2 level)
  • Knowledge of German/Dutch/Lithuanian language is a plus
