Currently, we are looking for a Facilities and Utilities Team Leader for our production plant in Gorzow Wielkopolski in the Maintenance Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating a team of maintenance specialists and technicians,
  • Ensuring the maintenance of machinery and coordinating necessary repairs and upgrades,
  • Preparing and implementing a prevention plan for the area,
  • Handling breakdowns, repairs, and improvement works based on the prevention plan,
  • Conducting failure analyses and implementing corrective actions,
  • Optimizing machinery, equipment, and installation parameters to maximize production line efficiency,
  • Collaborating with national and international external service providers,
  • Designing and implementing new technical solutions to optimize machine efficiency and maintenance costs,
  • Using Lean and TPM tools, supporting SMED and KAIZEN activities,
  • Participating in investment projects to enhance machine and line efficiency,
  • Issuing spare parts requisitions and coordinating delivery times, ensuring continuous production line operation,
  • Monitoring allocated budget and spare parts inventory,
  • Preparing and presenting analyses and reports for the assigned area,
  • Organizing training sessions for the Maintenance Specialists and Technicians team,
  • Managing the SAP system in the Maintenance module.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education in automation, mechatronics/mechanics, or related field,
  • Experience in managing building infrastructure and utility systems (boilers, sprinkler systems, water and steam systems, ventilation, air conditioning),
  • Previous experience in a similar role,
  • Familiarity with SAP system and SAP Maintenance module,
  • Proficiency in MS Office products,
  • English language proficiency,
  • SEP gr. I, II, III operational and supervision authorizations or willingness to obtain them,
  • Independence and high work ethic,
  • Creativity in implementing organizational changes,
  • Ability to work with technical documentation,
  • Teamwork skills.
