The Regional HRBP partners closely with the site leadership, wider People team members and business teams to build a people plans and drive regional business outcomes towards improving outcomes or processes and work with all levels of management. We see you measuring business impact of people practices and solutions implemented to help us build the best possible workplace we can for our outstanding Atlassians.

Responsibilities

Work with your business groups to create the required people plan, aligning with global goals and tailoring for regional needs.

You will be ambidextrous in zooming out to see the big picture for your business groups, and zoom in to execute on the ground.

You will be able to strive for the fine balance between optimising for the regional nuances esp around compliance and legal, with the global needs of a fast moving tech business

You will assess the needs of your business group through sound practices rooted in data, business acumen and your mastery in HR craft.

You will identify and build the right solutions for your business groups, get the required buy in from the stakeholders, and execute them to completion, measuring success via metrics.

Partner with People Managers through core HR programs (performance management, compensation planning etc.), providing insightful analytics and recommending actions to clients, and partnering with other HR areas to initiate and develop HR solutions.

You have minimum 10 years of HRBP experience with progressively challenging responsibilities in Business Partner roles inclusive of high-growth companies; with a proven track record of successfully driving people plans that demonstrably improved business performance (e.g., increased productivity, reduced costs, enhanced employee engagement).

Experience working with multiple countries in Europe. Prior work experience with an R&D organization will be an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment, effectively managing competing priorities and delivering impactful outcomes at the speed of the business.

Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence, build trust, and foster collaboration at all levels of an organization.

Experience working with global/international teams

Passion to execute in an iterative approach and willingness to jump from strategy to development to change management to scale programs aimed at driving business outcomes.

Excellent business storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to translate "HR speak" and data insights into an accessible, influential narrative.

Business-first mindset with an ability to work at multiple levels of the HR stack; primarily focused on strategic impact while being comfortable driving programs linked to clear business outcomes.
