Defining and managing Data Center and IT portfolio of services

Active promoting of services internally and externally

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and service users

Supporting the sales process by participating in meetings with clients, negotiating contracts and adapting the service offer to the individual needs of clients

Participating in cost estimation process

Preparing offers for customers

Management of all stages of service implementation

Daily cooperation with clients for whom supervised services are provided

Provisioning of services in accordance with the assumed SLA level and budget

Reporting the financial results of services provided

Reporting of risks, compliance of implementation with the assumed SLA, reporting of SLA exceedances

Our requirements

Several years of managerial experience in managing IT

Several years of experience in sales and creating value for corporate clients on the international market

Working knowledge of key IT processes around service delivery and operations, especially Incident Management (ITIL)

Customer oriented – ability to recognize business needs and translate them into simple, efficient solution

Good communication and business partnering skills

Mature attitude towards problems and result oriented behavior

Good analytical thinking

Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP),

Fluency in English
