For our growing Procurement team, we are currently looking for a Supplier Data Lead, who will perform complex non-operational and operational tasks in the area of Master Data and Digital Procurement but also ERP systems (including MDG-S) management. Additionally, you will provide first and second level support coping with ad-hoc requests and incidents.

Aufgaben und Qualifikationen:

What you will do:

  • You will be responsible for creation and adjustment of master data (user, suppliers, and materials)
  • You will enhance/ ensure quality and compliance of integrated master data in KION e-buy
  • You will support defining the need for changes, required involvement of other stakeholders and the appropriate change management.
  • You will translate functional needs and support in implementation of process changes.
  • You will constitute as an interface between Digital Procurement & ERP systems teams and Procurement & Material planning operations in the implementation of process changes and data cleansing
  • You will execute data improvement activities as well as supervision of external providers
  • You will deal with time management and planning, required to support in multiple business units needs and projects simultaneously while adapting to changes in business requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • You will collaborate with all parties involved in the respective processes on day-to-day and ad-hoc requests
  • You will conduct coaching and training in related systems for all users and departments

What will you need to succeed in the role?

Must-have:

  • Bachelor or Master's in Business, Supply Chain, Data Management, Procurement or equivalent university degree
  • Relevant experience (min. 3 years) in Master Data Management with good understanding of cross-functional process
  • Proficiency in IT related systems like MDG, S4 HANA
  • Excellent understanding of systems workflow, dependencies and inter-dependencies
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
  • Pro-active personality with balanced focus on quality and pragmatic solutions
  • Flexible, works well in a team environment
  • Proficient Business English

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with Procurement Web Services including functionalities and tools
