Zakres zadań:
- Pierwsze tygodnie spędzisz na wdrożeniu, gdzie dokładnie poznasz przyszłe zadania oraz kolegów z pracy, dzięki temu zawsze wiesz co robić
- Zaopiekujesz się zamówieniami klientów SAP'ie i portalu e-commerce, aby na pewno były zrealizowane poprawnie
- Będziesz koordynować cały procesu realizacji zamówień (dane podstawowe, ceny, dostępność, zmiany, dostawy oraz obsługę incydentów), dużo od Ciebie zależy,
- Zarządzanie dostawami i utrzymywanie codziennego kontaktu z zakładami macierzystymi i magazynami w różnych lokalizacjach w Europie.
- Nie łatwe zarządzanie wierzytelnościami i obsługa faktur oraz not kredytowych/debetowych. Musisz dogadywać się z ludźmi, ale czasem również być stanowcza/y.
- Dbanie o aktualność cen w SAP.
- Terminowe odpowiadanie na różne zapytania i doraźne prośby związane z zarządzaniem zamówieniami, pomaganie klientom w rozwiązywaniu problemów i obsłudze incydentów.
- Będziesz budować długoterminowe relacje z klientami i wewnętrznymi interesariuszami.
Opis idealnego kandydata:
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niderlandzkiego oraz angielskiego i polskiego (poziom B2 to minimum),
- Doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta, zarządzaniu zamówieniami, logistyce, planowaniu/uzupełnianiu zapasów lub podobnych obszarach,
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole i rozwiązywania problemów,
- Bardzo silne umiejętności komunikacyjne,
