Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy Sustainability Audit Analyst, który będzie odpowiedzialny za analizę wyników audytów oraz prowadzenie szczegółowych kontroli procesów biznesowych.
Firma skupia się na tworzenia u dostarczaniu rozwiązań w celu napędzania zrównoważonej transformacji w wiodącej na świecie grupie linii lotniczych. Jak to robią? Wspierają swoje linie i partnerskie firmy, dostarczając im kreatywne rozwiązania/ autorskie systemy oraz usługi finansowe, zaopatrzeniowe i lotnicze.
Zespół, do którego dołączysz, skupia się na promowaniu zrównoważonego rozwoju, wdrażając programy, które promują przejrzystość praktyk, identyfikują dostawców o wysokiej wydajności i promują ciągłe doskonalenie w całym łańcuchu dostaw. W miarę wzrostu znaczenia i wymagań związanych z zrównoważonym rozwojem oraz wpływem działań organizacji na środowisko i standardy pracy, klient rozszerza cele zrównoważonego rozwoju w swoim łańcuchu dostaw (emisje CO2 w zakresie scope 3, inwestycje w zrównoważone paliwa lotnicze).
Organizacja działa w scentralizowanym modelu pracy. Klient doceni wcześniejsze doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku korporacyjnym, jednak idealny kandydat to przede wszystkim osoba samodzielna z dużym poczuciem odpowiedzialności, która nie boi się przejmować inicjatywy i samoorganizować swój czas pracy. Praca w trybie zdalnym z uwzględnieniem obecności w biurze w Krakowie raz na kwartał (2 dni - PI Planning).

Codzienne zadania obejmują między innymi:
 Analiza wyników audytów biznesowych w celu identyfikacji kluczowych obszarów ryzyka i możliwości poprawy związanych z zrównoważonym rozwojem
Przeprowadzanie szczegółowych kontroli procesów biznesowych zgodnie z wytycznymi audytowymi, w tym analiza dokumentacji, obserwacja działań operacyjnych oraz przeprowadzanie wywiadów z pracownikami
Opracowywanie kompleksowych raportów audytowych, zawierających analizę wyników, rekomendacje dotyczące działań naprawczych oraz sugestie w celu poprawy procesów zrównoważonego rozwoju
Monitorowanie postępów w realizacji rekomendacji audytowych i raportowanie wyników

Wymagania:
Około 3 lata doświadczenia w przeprowadzaniu audytów biznesowych, preferowana znajomość audytów związanych z zrównoważonym rozwojem(np. ESG)
Zdolność analitycznego myślenia oraz umiejętność interpretacji danych audytowych
Znajomość praktyk zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz trendów w tej dziedzinie
Umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz bardzo dobre zdolności interpersonalne
Dokładność, skrupulatność i zdolność do skupienia się na szczegółach
Angielski na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w zespole
